Delicious Organic Lamb

Our free-range lamb is organically  and humanely raised, grass fed and grass finished. Our sheep are rotationally grazed outside on over 20 acres of pasture throughout the entire year.  They have access to a barn in bad weather, but stay healthy, plump, and disease-free by roaming through the rolling hills and consuming perennial grasses.  They are raised entirely without the use of any hormones,  pesticides, insecticides, etc.  This makes the meat extremely tasty, tender, and full of healthy omega 3 fatty acids.  Our lamb is excellent on the grill, slow roasted in the oven, in soups, or in a variety of ethnic dishes.

Packages (descriptions below are for whole orders):

Roast Lover–1 whole leg of lamb, 1 sirloin roast, 1 hind shank roast, 2 rib roasts, 2 loin roasts, 2 shoulder roasts, 2 front shanks, and ground meat or stew meat.

Grill Lover–1 whole leg of lamb, center steaks, sirloin steaks, loin chops, rib chops, shoulder chops, and kebab meat or ground lamb.

Family Favorite–1 whole leg of lamb, 1 hind shank roast, 1 shoulder roasts, sirloin steaks, loin chops, shoulder chops, rib chops, and ground lamb or stew meat.

Custom Orders:  We are happy to accommodate custom orders.  Please contact us directly to discuss the details of your order.

Soup bones/offal:  Organ meats or soup bones can be included at no additional charge in any package.

Price:  $7/lb hanging weight + plus butchers fee ($65).   Avg weight: 50lbs (whole) and 25lbs (half).
